Let Manzanita Place provide your next party with the facilities an services needed to make your party a success. At our Chico location we have a very large ballroom as well as an outdoor covered pavilion which is great for outdoor parties.

The grand ballroom can accommodate different dinner settings for dinner parties for up to 650 people or without the tables and chairs we can accommodate parties over 800 people. At one end of the ballroom we have a large stage and at the other end we have windows which look out to our veranda that overlooks our large lawn area.

The outdoor pavilion area can accommodate parties of up to 350 people with fixed tables and seating. There are four large barbeque grills, a covered stage, a grass volleyball court, six sets of horseshoe pits, a children's playground and restroom facilities. Our large lawn area gives you plenty of room to put up tents, bounce houses, dunk tanks or hold a carnival to entertain your quests.

While you enjoy time with your guests let our friendly, experienced staff cater your event; we have full food and bar catering available from our on-site commercial kitchen and lounge.
